Hillyard Deep Action® Carpet Pre-Spray is a low-moisture encapsulation pre-spray concentrate engineered for institutional carpet maintenance programs in schools, office buildings, healthcare facilities, hotels, and high-traffic commercial environments where minimizing downtime is a daily operational priority.

Deep Action's embrittling encapsulation chemistry surrounds and crystallizes dirt, spots, and stains at the fiber level — eliminating the need for aggressive wet extraction and allowing carpets to dry in approximately 20 minutes. Encapsulated soils do not wick back to the surface as the carpet dries, maintaining a cleaner appearance between deep extraction cycles and extending the effective life of the carpet.

Diluting at 1:10, Deep Action integrates with bonnet cleaning, interim encapsulation machines, and standard spray-and-vacuum procedures. Non-hazardous per OSHA and DOT classification, with a near-neutral pH (7.0–9.0) and a free-rinsing, minimal-residue formula that won't accelerate resoiling.
