Hillyard Clean Action® II is a concentrated, low-foaming carpet extraction cleaner that penetrates to the base of carpet fibers to remove embedded soil while enhancing carpet color, leaving no oily or greasy residue that dulls appearance or accelerates resoiling.

Its low-foaming formula reduces recovery tank buildup during extraction, minimizing defoamer demand and machine maintenance frequency. Phosphate-free with a fresh floral fragrance. Non-hazardous at RTU dilution per HMIS.

Available in standard 1-gallon format, no proprietary dispenser required. Compatible with any hot water extractor or carpet cleaning machine. Pairs with Hillyard Carpet Pre-Spray, Carpet Booster®, and Extraction pH Rinse for a complete multi-step extraction program.
